Welcome to the Trapper 28/400 pages especially if you have arrived here through a link from the Trapper Owner's Club site. I no longer own a Trapper 28 or 400 but as you can read here I had a Trapper 400 for some years. I have kept these pages in existence to provide some background information on what I think is still a good, quite fast and now underrated design.

These pages are part of Clydesailing - a general sailing interest site for the Clyde and West Coast of Scotland. Please feel free to have a trawl around. I welcome feedback and will be happy to add more stories and pictures of your own 28/400. Do send them to me : get in touch via the 'contact us' form.

The same goes for a very different Trapper - the much rarer Trapper 950. I owned a Mistral 31, the precursor of the Trapper 950 for many years and there is a great deal of info about that design on this site.
