This is another Trapper 950. She has been in her present ownership since 1985 and is sailed from a sailing club at Gosport although as of 2002 she may be up for sale. She is raced occasionally, usually with some success. She has a Proctor mast with slightly aft swept spreaders and runners, a cast iron keel and a Yanmar diesel under the cockpit. It's interesting (well to me anyway) to see how different the cockpit looks and with those cockpit lockers, presumably there is no starboard quarter berth. There would appear to be some kind of provision for a removable pilot berth on the port side of the main cabin. The larger 2 pane windows change the appearance somewhat but the elegant shape is easily recognised. I'm sure the sprayhood is a useful cruising addition but maybe the dodgers are an acquired taste.
